This License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal contract between you (“Licensee”) and PLOBAX SRL (“Licensor”) regarding the use of digital products and services purchased from our website. 1. Grant of License

5. Term and Termination
This license is valid indefinitely unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to terminate the license if you violate any terms of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease use and delete all copies of the product.
6. No Warranty
All products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the product will meet your specific requirements or function without interruption or error.
7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall PLOBAX SRL be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the product, including loss of profit, data, or business interruption.
8. Updates and Support
Unless otherwise stated, product updates and support may be offered for a specified time (e.g., 6 or 12 months) after purchase. Continued access may require an extended license or renewal.
9. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Romania and applicable EU regulations. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Romania.
